                  1 - How much experience do you have in this local market, or in the real estate industry?
                  2 - Do you have access to school reports? Area Statistics, Neighborhood statistics? (www.MCouto.isanexpert.com)    
                  3 - Are you a member of the local MLS and can you keep me up to date on the current market conditions and sales/listings?
                  4 - Do you work Full Time in the Real Estate Industry and keep up with trends and the market?
                  5 - Can you recommend one or more local lenders that can offer me financing at competative rates?  A no cost Pre-qualification?
                  6 - How many clients or customers do you work with at one time?
                  7 - Can you guide me through the complexities of buying and/or selling a house, eliminating hassles and stress.
                  8 - Will you show me the homes when they come on the market, even if listed by another Realtor?
                  9 - How much do you invest in marketing each listing? Do you work with a team?
                  10 - Do you keep up with technology?  Where is my home advertised?  What papers and what web sites?  Do you have a personal as well as company web site?
